The Philippines should create an Institue of Sports like Australia. These way the Philippines can train its elite Athletes to enhance their individual ability to a higher level so that they could compete against the best in the world.
It is shameful to know that the Philippines as big as it is (population wise) have not won a gold medal ever yet in the Olympics.
What would our Motherland do inorder to win gold?
