Renée is the eldest daughter of Sally Pichay Viloria Montemayor from San Julian, Magsingal. Like her sister, Rhoda, Renée is a professional performing artist based in London.

Renée won the title of Miss Philippines UK 1992 and was crowned at Le Palais, Hammersmith, London

Hi there Vic...thank you so much for your nice comment.Am flattered...but you know, being a parent to someone like Renee and Rhoda has also its pros and cons.You know what I mean.All I can say is that ,they're both humble and good girls.Both understands Ilocano and Kapampangan(their dad being one)and speaks Tagalog (not fluently though...just enough to get by).
